Collectara (“we”, “us”) is a receivables-recovery platform operated as a 030 Suite product. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice.
What we collect
Account details you provide (name, work email, company), the receivables and debtor data you import, the email and WhatsApp credentials you connect for sending, and product usage needed to operate your workspace.
How we use it
Solely to provide the service: storing your workspace data, sending the reminders you configure from your own connected channels, and tracking delivery so you can see what happened. We do not sell your data.
Storage & isolation
Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security so each workspace can only access its own records. Connected channel credentials are used only to send on your behalf.
Your rights
You can request export or deletion of your workspace data at any time by emailing hello@collectara.ae.
