These terms govern your use of Collectara. By creating a workspace you agree to use the platform lawfully and in line with the conditions below. This summary is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice.
The service
Collectara helps you communicate with debtors and automate reminders across email and WhatsApp from your own connected accounts. We are a communication and automation tool — not a collection agency, and we do not guarantee recovery.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload, for having a lawful basis to contact your debtors, and for complying with the terms of the email and WhatsApp providers you connect.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in AED by active recovery cases. Add-ons such as call chases are billed as used.
